It really was an impressive final round of 62 from Charlie Hoffman as he romped to a 5 shot victory. 11 birdies and no sign of nerves perhaps put him into Corey Pavin’s Ryder Cup plans but alas, it proved just too late. Nevertheless, he is in second place now in the race for the FedEx Cup and will be eying the top prize.

For We Get Golf and tipster Ian, it was nearly a perfect week. After tipping Miguel Angel Jimenez who won at 16/1 and tipping South Korean youngster Noh for a place at 50/1, Jason Day almost made it a hat-trick for Ian’s tips. Still, another placed finish at 40/1 and it resulted in a very profitable week indeed. Roll on this week!
